Yas Stairs Training is BAACK!

The stairs workout in the U section. UP and down stairs, running and bear crawling. 1 hour. Great workout, and its free. all we ask is that you simply RSVP and show up if you RSVP.

Its a small ask, really, for a free workout. You would pay 100 dh for this workout through a gym. We're doing it free. Just say you are going to show up and actually show up.

You'll have to find your own way there and it could take you about 10 minutes to figure this out. Gates are labeled, and we will be in the Q gate, at the stadium, where the stairs are, and where they hand out the bikes.
